• Review & Export now shows the form: bullets grouped under their DA Form 2166-9 Part IV block (c. Character through h. Achieves) with a per-bullet 158-character EES counter and a Copy for EES button per block
• 3 Alternatives on any bullet — three different takes on the same slot from the same notes — and Lock, which keeps a bullet through the next full Generate
• Baseline bullets (library content inserted when a competency has no notes) are now labeled so you know what came from your notes and what didn't; the Free tier keeps your own Character bullet and adds the SHARP/EO baseline beside it
• Bullets are now written to the rank: SGT (2166-9-1) at squad scale, SSG–1SG (2166-9-2) at section/platoon scale, SGM/CSM (2166-9-3) at battalion and above; MOS context is included; rank input accepts E-5, Sergeant, SSG(P) and similar
• Senior Rater and Rater Overall comments vary in structure instead of sharing one template, and stay within EES space
• Field-grade OERs (MAJ–LTC, CW3–CW5) now produce the single rater narrative DA Form 67-10-2 actually has, with a rater box check (Excels / Proficient / Capable / Unsatisfactory); COL reports use the 67-10-3 senior rater boxes
• Faster start: a Try a sample SGT button, labeled fields with a rank list, drafts survive a page reload, and honest free-tier counts
