2) AI-Assisted Drafts

Content generated by EvalMe is draft assistance only.
Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed and edited by the user.

3) User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying all generated or edited content
• Ensuring final submissions are accurate and policy-compliant
• Ensuring content is appropriate for your command and official use

4) No Guarantee

EvalMe does not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated text
• Any specific evaluation, promotion, selection, or career outcome

5) No Army/DoD Affiliation

EvalMe is an independent private service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army or Department of Defense.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EvalMe to:

• Submit unauthorized, unlawful, or deceptive content
• Upload restricted, classified, or otherwise protected information without authorization
• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the platform

7) Limitation of Liability

EvalMe is provided as-is for drafting support. Users assume responsibility for final use of content. EvalMe is not liable for decisions or outcomes based on generated drafts.

8) Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of EvalMe indicates acceptance of the current terms.
